Religious Education (RE)
Religious Education (RE) is a key part of our understanding of the world. It helps us explore different beliefs, values, and cultures, and fosters respect and empathy for others.
Our RE curriculum is designed to:
- Encourage a curiosity about different religions and worldviews
- Build confidence in discussing beliefs, values, and important life questions
- Develop critical thinking, reflection, and understanding of diversity
- Support working both independently and in respectful dialogue with others
- Help children apply lessons from RE to their everyday lives and interactions
Our curriculum allows children to explore a variety of religious traditions and moral questions. Through discussions, storytelling, and reflective activities, children gain a deep understanding of different faiths and perspectives. This encourages them to develop empathy, respect, and a thoughtful approach to the world around them.
