Newton Class - Year 6

Welcome to Newton class

Your class teacher is Miss Shaw.

Miss Shaw absolutely loves learning, and she is currently completing her ‘Masters in Education’ at Cambridge University whilst teaching. Alongside this, She loves going for walks with my lovely dog (Mabel), reading, and spending time with her family. Two of her other favourite things are Paddington Bear, and hot chocolates! Her fun-fact is that when she was fortunate enough to sing on tour with Opera North in 'Othello', Neville Longbottom’s real-life mum used to look after her! She studied Science at University. Your class is named after Sir Isaac Newton, and your mascot is a courageous lion.

The other adult in your classroom is Mrs Henderson. 

Newton Classroom is in the KS2 building of New Park Primary Academy.

PE for Newton Class is swimming on a Wednesday this half-term.  Please remember to bring your swimming kit on that day.
