At New Park Academy we aim to provide an inclusive, caring and supportive environment in which all pupils are valued equally and are given opportunities to develop to their potential. All children and young people are entitled to an education that enables them to make progress so that they achieve their best, become confident individuals living fulfilling lives, and make a successful transition into adulthood, whether into employment, further or higher education or training. We want all teachers in all lessons to set suitable learning challenges for all pupils. Inclusion is a feeling. It is determined by perception and achieved by understanding.
